By using BossGate, you agree to these terms.
BossGate is a productivity tool that blocks access to distracting websites behind boss-fight challenges. You choose which apps to block; BossGate makes you beat a boss fight to access them. The product is designed for entertainment and motivation — it is not a medical device, not a mental health tool, and not a guarantee of productivity.
The Free Plan lets you block up to 2 apps. It is a permanent free tier — there is no trial period. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or zero downtime. Boss fights are always available but difficulty scales to your usage patterns.
The Pro Plan costs $29 per year (billed annually). It includes:
The Pro Plan auto-renews annually on your purchase date. You can cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your paid period, after which your account reverts to the Free Plan.
Full refund available within 3 days of purchase. To request a refund, email bossgate@polsia.app within 3 days of your payment.
No refunds after 3 days under any circumstances. After the 3-day window, your payment is non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, mid-year cancellations, or any other scenario.
BossGate boss fights are intended as entertainment and motivational tools. By using BossGate, you understand and agree that:
BossGate is provided for entertainment purposes. If you have a diagnosed attention or impulse-control condition, consult a medical professional — BossGate is not a treatment.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You are responsible for keeping your BossGate account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at bossgate@polsia.app. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
BossGate is provided "as is" without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. You use BossGate at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of BossGate is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the incident. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BossGate, Polsia, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim, suit, or demand arising from your use of BossGate, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, without notice, for:
Accounts terminated for abuse are not eligible for a refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms at any time. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email (Pro subscribers) or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of BossGate after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
